Casale Poggio Colpiccione is a cottage of the nineteenth century completely renovated in the fully respect of the environment. It brings back the atmosphere of the old country house through the use of materials belonging to the local tradition and through the care for details.
The atmosphere of the ancient farmhouse has been recovered to guarantee a stay during which everyone can "create" their time at one's disposal in the quiet and peacefulness, thanks to the peculiarity of the cottage.
Extended on the hillside at 350 above sea level, immersed in the silence among green olives, it offers quiet and peacefulness: the wood and a white road, long 300 m, separate it from the poor traffic of the main road for Magione.
At the same time is far just 5 km to the link road Perugia-Firenze that allows to arrive easily to the rich artistic - cultural places of the Umbrian territory and to the neighbouring regions, that constitute the 20% of the worldwide artistic patrimony. It will take only two hours to reach authentic treasures of the ancient, medieval and renaissance art (some examples: Assisi is just at 40 km, Perugia 18, Todi e Siena 60, Firenze a 160 and Roma 180).
